Welcome to BoxSafe Storage Swindon!

Electric Gate
Please use temporary gate code 1524 on the keypad on the main gate.

Padlock
Your padlock will be inside your unit along with your key and black gate fob.

Black Gate Fob
For future access please use your fob to open the gate, placing it between the numbers 8 and 0 to activate.

Opening the Unit
Please open one door at a time, right door first. Release the silver lever and pull it across to the left until the door pops open. Use the vertical pole to pull open the door.

Closing the Unit
Ensure the doors are closed and replace the levers to their original position.

Locking the Unit
Your padlock will be in the unlocked position with the pin down and the key sitting to the left (anti clockwise.) Place the open padlock under the green steel plate on the front of the unit (not the silver handle) you will see a loop underneath the plate the padlock will go through. When the padlock is secure in the loop, push the pin up and turn the key clockwise to lock. Remove the key and keep with you for future access.


Unlocking the Unit
Place the key in the padlock under the green steel plate, turn the key anti clockwise and pull the pin down, hold onto the padlock so it doesn't fall to the ground. You will now be able to remove the padlock and open the doors.

Exiting the Facility
When you drive up to the gate to leave, it will open automatically and close behind you.

Leaving your Unit
When you vacate a unit please ensure it is empty and clean. The key, padlock and fob can be left inside the unit with the doors closed.
